Catalog and Store Policy
Your satisfaction of our ministry products and services is our top priority. We will do everything possible to satisfy our patron’s needs.
Exchanges only will be accepted if we receive the product within the first 30 days after purchase and shipment, and are subject to the conditions and exceptions below.
Please note: We have a NO REFUND policy on all ministry and bookstore products, including prior purchases for products which may go on sale or become a special promotion at a later date.
When we receive a product request for exchange, that satisfies the conditions below, we will exchange your purchase, less shipping, and send a confirming email (if by email).
- Exchanges must first be authorized by contacting the Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum Church Shekinah Bookstore within the first 30 days after purchase. If contacting by email, please enter in the subject line of your email “THDSC PRODUCT EXCHANGE”. In the email, please include your receipt number and a brief description for the exchange request. You will receive a confirmation email once your product is received and processed. You may also notify the Shekinah Bookstore by email via shekinahk@aol.com or phone at (904) 224-4200.

If exchange is by mail: Merchandise should be returned via the United States Post Office (USPS), FedEx, or United Parcel Service (UPS) to: Shekinah Bookstore, P.O. Box 19276, Jacksonville, Florida 32245-9276.
Please include a copy of your receipt with a brief note explaining the reason for the exchange. Exchange requests that are received with a postmarked ship date confirmation that is later than 30 days after purchase or shipment will be refused.

It is required that all packaging, inserts, including but not limited to CD/DVD cases and CD/DVD's must also be returned. If any part of the product is missing or damaged, we may refuse the request and the exchange will not be processed.

Shekinah Bookstore Online orders canceled prior to shipment will be refunded.
- Bibles, books, devotionals, journals, notebooks and magazines or the like thereof cannot be exchanged nor returned.
- If you receive a product that is defective, please contact the Shekinah Bookstore immediately.
- Additionally, the following products are non returnable or exchangeable:
- Products marked as UN-EDITED and not damaged - Products that are beyond the 30 day purchase or shipment date
- If a CD or DVD (Music and Ministry) has been opened and is not damaged or defective, the item is non returnable and does not qualify for an exchange.
- Products without an original receipt (available for exchange only).
- If a gift certificate was utilized to purchase a ministry or bookstore product, these items would qualify for exchange only, equal to the exact amount of the original purchase.
Please Note: We process exchanges on the same or next business day after receiving returned products. It may take 5-7 business days to receive your replacement product by mail.
The Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum Church Shekinah Bookstore reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
